This year’s conference will be held on Tues, Nov 9 - Thurs, Nov 11, 2021. It will be an entirely virtual affair, as we continue to prudently navigate through the evolving pandemic. Our theme this year is “Forward Together.”

Forward Together
The world has experienced shared trauma on a global scale. So many have suffered in so many ways. As we grapple with dramatic changes individually and collectively, the experience moves us forward in ways we could not have anticipated, and invites an exploration into new possibilities for growth and development.

 In exploring the theme, Forward Together in your presentation, from the perspective of Transformational Leadership in our own learning, and in supporting colleagues and clients, you might consider:

•  Life is turned upside down, so much suffering, but also new insights and awakening, both around pandemic, racial justice, redefining gender. What have we learned? Where do we go next? How might we use what we have learned in ways that are inclusive, inviting, and build community?

• What will the future look like?

• What shifts can we envision - what kind of future can we design together?

• How might we best maintain ourselves and our clients during this time? 

• How can we come together in community to build a better future?

• What have we learned? What will be different? What can propel us forward? What will we leave behind?

• In what ways have we transformed ourselves, our perspectives, our communities, and our worlds?

• How can we reimagine new systems and structures for work?

• In what way has this experience brought clarity in values, community, family, equity?

We are underway with plans for our 3-day event.  

Here is what we are working on for DAY 1:
DAY 1 is being developed by the Program Directors of each of our certificate programs, and tailored to the needs of the graduates of each of our programs.  You will have an opportunity to connect with members of your graduate program for a content rich experience. Additionally, you will be able to network with members of your cohort and your program.
