Diagnosing and Seeing Polarities with the Leadership KPI

Kelly Lewis

May 28, 2020

11:30-1:00 Eastern

Via Zoom

Join Kelly Lewis as she leads us through an interactive discussion around using polarities in leadership.

One of the most difficult things about helping clients navigate polarities—

interdependent tensions like

structure::flexibility, or,

focus on employees::focus on the organization,

is being able to see and name them in the first place.

In this interactive session, Kelly Lewis, co-author of Navigating Polarities: Using Both/And Thinking to Lead Transformation, will show us how to use the Leadership Key Polarity Indicator (KPI) to diagnose and help find “ways in” to the polarities at play for our clients. She will lead us in applying the diagnostic to one of our current client situations and show us a way to explore several of the polarities central to the case.

You will walk away with a practical tool to help see and name polarities, deeper insight into a current client scenario, and be introduced to the Leadership KPI 360—a new assessment that measures and monitors six of the key polarities critical to effective leadership.
