ITL Network Kickoff Event

This is your day to reconnect with our beloved ITL Community through inspiring programs about Innovations in Transformational Leadership and through fellowship and celebrations in local communities. All graduates and faculty from the Georgetown ITL certificate programs are invited to participate. International Coach Federation CCEU’s will be available. The complimentary kick-off event will feature 7, 45 to 60-minute sessions provided by thought leaders in the Georgetown Community.

Thought Leaders


Kate Ebner will provide a welcome and introduction to the Georgetown ITL program and its links to The Network. Deiadre Rauch and Pamela Potts will the share the Co-Presidents’ message and speak to the vision, mission and purpose of The Network.


Chris Wahl and Frank Ball will the discuss the development of the Leadership Coaching Program from the beginning until now and share their ideas on the future of coaching.


Jackie Bsharah’s mini-workshop will explore how vital storytelling is in our personal and professional fulfillment and for success we must be mindful and intentional of the stories we tell about ourselves and our journey.


Rae Ringel will review the basic methodology of design thinking and demonstrate its use in crafting productive, thought-provoking and inspirational meetings and gatherings.


Amanda Blake will conduct a highly engaging interactive session drawing on recent research in neurobiology to demonstrate cutting edge experiential approaches to developing leadership skills. In


Fasika Tefera’s session, you will learn why and how diversity enables innovation, a practical leadership approach to leverage diversity, and how to address biases and factors that may get in the way of inviting, listening, and mobilizing the ideas of others. 


The day will round out with Steve Heller and Aimee Gibson demonstrating some exciting aspects of our technology platform and Sharon Krohn sharing next steps and closing the day.
